Using assembled Vine loops captured with a front-facing smartphone camera, Touch Me Now explores how the interactive nature of watching yourself while editing yourself forces a focus on the present. What happens when one's present is continuously subject to evaluation? Further, how does this software-enabled feedback loop begin to produce a certain kind of aesthetic experience?
