This is an assignment for Production II (Non-Fiction) of Ryerson University Film School (Intensive). Shot with the Panasonic GH4. I didn't use 4K because I was too nervous! Next time. This is a process documentary, demonstrating an activity with wide, medium and close-up shots.
Huge thank-you to Dilip of the Gerard St 241 Pizza, easily one of the best pie makers in the city!
The lenses I used were the Olympus mZuiko 12mm f/2.0. the Panasonic Lumix 25mm f/1.4 and the Olympus mZuiko 75mm f/1.8. All shots were captured on the DMC GH4 with a tripod with the exception of the handheld pans where were captured with an Olympus OMD E-M5.
I used a wireless lav mike to record the audio on a Zoom H4N, I'm surprised it came out as well as it did considering how loud the background noise was, from the oven, fridge and ventilation system.
