Wade, a country youth in New South Wales, has just finished his HSC, which is one of the most hectic experiences in the life of a young person. In this short documentary, Wade shares his life experiences and resilience around the stresses of life.

In or out of school, you'll find him in the gym or on the sports field. Always full of high-spiritedness and focus Wade, a student in Glen Innes, trains his body and mind.Wade's strengths are in his love of football and fitness; he also enjoys support and love from his family, friends and his peers at school. This has helped him to foster a positive outlook towards life. The conditions in which people are born, grow, live, work and age have an intense effect on their physical and mental health. Wade is channelling these conditions in a positive way by establishing strong bonds with family and friends, and focusing on fitness
