first test of my static 35mm DIY adapter on my HV20.
I've used the GG Holder of jetsetmodels.info/news.htm, nikon macro tubes and a 50mm 1.8 from Nikon too. Instead of achromat, i've used a macro (x4) 58mm magnifier...

I really recommend the holder from jetsetmodels.info, it's very good for the price, top quality...

    Cool Look. Building one right now also. I'll use the GGholder to. I'd really like to know about the macro (x4) 58mm magnifier. What is it used for? to get rid of the HotSpot?

    Forget about the 4X magnifier... prefer a achromat 10x. Opteka HD2 for instance.
    It's used to avoid the use of the camera zoom onto the adapter's focusing screen
    The more magnifying ratio you have, the better the image (no zoom required)

    i've made the adapter by myself. Check Twoneil's adapters, pretty much the same.
