WOW. I'm impressed by the videoquality for these light conditions! I would like to know the settings too! :)

I shot it in 30p. the only other setting I tweaked was the audio level, I set it manually to a low setting and turned on the audio attenuator, which brings everything down 10 db. The audio is a blend of the camera's built-in mic and a mix from the sound board.

These clips were shot in the XP+ setting, which is 1440 x 1080 I believe. Some of my other videos were shot at full 1080p, but by the time it gets resized for Vimeo, it doesn't seem to make a huge difference, and the files are easier to edit.
