This wonderful blue shivering shrimp is called Blue Pearl Shrimp. It is a Neocaridina cf. zhanghjiajiensis like the White Pearl shrimp, so you should not keep them together. They might cross while breeding.
I've recorded this shrimp in my aquarium. They are eating pellets. I do this to have them together on a spot in the tank, thats easier for me to take pictures.
