These clips document an ongoing exploration of occupation (in terms of activity, possession, and identity), of space, and of mass-produced domestic objects, containers of various sorts of spaces. Unobtrusively shot on the sidewalks of the gentrifying Chelsea gallery district, I also wish to look at the interaction of art and the quotidian object, of the gallery system and the domestic sphere, of the galleries themselves and previously peripheral areas of the city. It is an attempt to insert humor into unexpected places.
