A Message from Neil Armstrong

On Monday 20th July 2009, Canberra Deep Space Communication Complex at Tidbinbilla hosted a gathering to mark the 40th anniversary of the first manned lunar landing.

US Chargé d’Affaires Dan Clune read a very nice message from Neil Armstrong to those who supported Apollo 11.

The gathering, in the shadow of DSS46, also marked the retirement of that old Honeysuckle Creek antenna.
