CLINT MANSELL "England's Dreaming"

A visual concert piece I edited for Clint Mansell's performance with the Sonus Quartet at the Ghent Film Festival in October 2008. The song is from the Guy Ritchie gangster film "RocknRolla." It is from the piano scene known as the Johnny Quid Monologue.

Listening to the song, you get the feeling that this is not a rock song or a gangster song but a love song — and it is. It was originally composed for another film about falling in love and heartbreak.
