My MacBook Pro's CPU temperature was idling way to high. Downloaded the smcFanControl for higher rpm on my fans as well.
(Update: A more accurate test show that the heat loss is 8-10 degrees celcius, not 15 as shown in the video. Still, this is an improvement. I'll change the screen text later)
