Avid Liquid 18 frame clip extended to 2.22 with linear timewarp/Cut Fields, then smoothed with Mercalli "Shoulder Cam: Improve Camera Panning (without tilt correction)" setting.
Shot in 60i, probably 1/250th or perhaps 1/100th, with HV20.
