A video with ridiculous requirements.

Given a set of specifications written by another group, I had to create a one minute video based on the 30 seconds before and after the clock strikes midnight on New Years. The video had to conform to a long list of required elements and stipulations -- for instance, no filming above 3ft off the ground, must include balloons, a broken resolution, 9/11 imagery, no spoken words, and so on.
