TOGETHER OUR VOICE CAN CHANGE THE WORLD
The main film, "Together Our Voice Can Change The World" served to highlight the work that the campaign had done over the last few years around the theme of communication. It involved campaign footage, case study footage and a special shoot which took place in London in January 2010 shot on a Canon 7D D-SLR camera, concepted from an original idea and storyboard.
The specially shot footage shows people from all walks of life, in different situations telling us why communication is important to them and the role it’s played in their lives along the themes of employment, learning, family old and new.
The case study people Dave and Natalie, are AAC users and tell us why communication is important to them.
It was first shown 17th March 2010 at a special event to mark the end of the campaign at the BT Tower in London.

Scope is the disability organisation in England and Wales whose focus is people with cerebral palsy. Their aim is that disabled people achieve equality: a society in which they are as valued and have the same human and civil rights as everyone else.
"No Voice, No Choice" was a campaign running between 2007- 2010 to ensure that all those who need Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) get the equipment and support they need. Sponsored by the BT Better World Campaign, the brief was to create a series of short films about those lives affected by those who need AAC devices to communicate. The films will be used internally and externally and will be on various websites promoting the campaign and the work that's been done.
2 case studies were produced to supplement the main film, profiling 2 people Dave and Natalie and how their lives have benefited from AAC. Told by them, they take you through their individual stories as they explain their challenges, inspirations and what the future holds.
