Some "B-roll" from a new project I'm doing. The footage is too shaky (handheld cam). Hope to improve this soon.

Thank you. The quality of the compression is a bit disappointing. I guess the moving cam is to blame for that. Next week we will do some shooting with a camera mounted on the trike. Maybe that will help.

I like that, it´s really living, never borring shooting, nicely done for a hand-held cam. Movements with the cam are always a little critical on vimeo, I think it`s not a compression problem, but anyway the clip looks good, more please!

We did some more today. Partly handheld, partly with the cam mounted on the trike. Will upload something next week.

Do you have special mounts for your cam? Curious if there's damping mounts to eliminate road vibrations or OIS turned on is enough.

This vid was all handheld cam.

I used a rather simple support of Manfrotto clamps for this vid: vimeo.com/1034420

Most of the time OIS is not sufficient.

We are currently testing. Want to try sandbags etc. I even have plans to mount a Manfrotto Hi-Hat with a Cartoni fluid head. Should just work (but then you can't see the viewer while driving).

You mention sandbags.. Here's an interesting option. cinekinetic.com

I actually kinda made my own version of that Cinesaddle which weighs much less than sand. What interest me even more is their mobile dollies. Hope its useful.

Thanks for the link. The mini dolly looks nice.

Last year "Vocas" in Hilversum adviced me the Cinesaddle. They seem to work very well, but at a certain price tag ..... (but if I don't succeed otherwise, we might decide to buy one).

With what material did you fill your bag, if I may ask?
