This short film tells the life story of Kris Klavenes. Diagnosed with Autism at 16, Kris experienced 3 psychotic break downs and found himself living in a care facility away from home. With love and commitment from his family and support from the 'Brunswick Organisation", Kris is flourishing through the very passions that were once seen as negative.
Produced by "Imaginarium Seed" and "Skills for Care" in support of the "Winterbourne View Joint Improvement Programme". The film addresses the benefits of Positive Behavioural Support over Restrictive Methods when supporting adults with learning disabilities who can display behaviour that challenges.
