You must use long exposures, much longer than camcorder can handle. I suggest using DSLR with about 5 sec of exposure and some time remapping of the sequence of images. Time of exposure depends of how complicated words will be and how dark the room will be. Good idea is to use some black clothes and black materials on the walls. With such long exposeres there will be enough time to enlight the white room. Hope this was helpful. Waiting for Your work.
