Faulty? Not by much. It doesn't go by BMI alone.
I wouldn't say anything bad about this because it's fitness, which is *does* deliver on with the exercises, and its addictive. Anything to get a child up and moving is good.
If a kid is fat, which this kid was, the kid should not try to avoid reality. If being fat is an issue you don't buy something for exercising.
Will it help you lose weight? I don't know but I'm moving around and sweating. I'm sore. It's doing something. I will see in a week or so.
