A short film shot during a visit to La Ceja. It's part of a larger work now being assembled about life in Anitoquía.
The idea is to present another face of Colombia whose image is so often thought of only in terms of that place where all the drugs comes from.


La Ceja is a delightful town of the Antioquía region of Colombia. It's known as the flower capital of Colombia as many flowers are grown there for export to US Markets.

Unfortunately the down turn of US economy has hurt the sales of fresh cut flowers and there have been many closures of flower growing farms.

La Ceja is just a half hour from Rio Negro, the main airport into Medellín. It is a great town from which to begin a tour of the Antioquía.
