1. Black Lightning (2009) - Cave and Bore shots.
Making the cave floor setup using Maya follicles and geometry constraint for distributing the crystals on the surface. The crystals keep contact to the ground when it is being deformed by the shock wave produced by the bore hitting it. Making all the particles simulations in these shots using several techniques, such as expressions, fields, instances. Preparing a number of particle assets being used throughout all the shots.
2. Wanted (2008).
Making character rigs using the autorig MEL script. Making all the glass debris simulations using Maya particles and also the in-house debris simulation tool. Using some MEL tools to generate the wax surface pieces and Maya nCloth module to simulate breaking of the surface.
