Dakota Roberson, David Langston and Bigo made the trip out from Southside Skatepark to the 1st Tyler Skateplex Deathmatch. Apparently the contest was put on by a long time skateboarder in Tyler, Texas that just happened to be turning forty. For his birthday he decided to have a session on one of the most ridiculous birch bowls in the state. What took place during the evening was pretty much a live Low Card article. The contest drew skaters in from Houston, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio and the surrounding area. The contest's format was your name would be announced and you would take a introductory line with the ramp to yourself. Then you would take a 2 song jam session with the other four guys in your heat. This video is a very small taste of what went down that night, check it out. Goodtimes team rider Rainey took the big W!
