The Calder Quartet presents a concert of new and not so new music that frames Schubert’s Death and the Maiden quartet with Webern’s expressionist masterpiece, Mozart’s exquisitely crafted “Spring” quartet, and a work commissioned by Calder from film composer Don Davis.
