People are talking about many kinds of products in twitter. How do the maps of conversation about two major Airlines compare? Dr. Smith demonstrates the creation of a twitter social network map for two populations: people wo tweeted "United Airlines" and those that tweeted "Delta Airlines". The two maps are very different in size and density.
