I heard Cole's tribute to Mike Brown the night it came out and I cried. Not because I could possibly begin to relate to or understand his pain, but I felt it. In his words. In his voice. And I played it about a dozen times before I started writing. And kept writing. And eventually I ended up with this. This is for Mike Brown, and anyone else in America, man, woman, black, white, or otherwise who has been the victim of police violence. Rest in Peace. If anyone would like to share or keep a copy of this for whatever reason, you can do so below. No cost, no name your price, just free. How it should be.

Original Track: "Be Free" performed by J. Cole, also produced by J Cole, by Dreamville Records under Roc Nation.
