1 Mile Run followed by 50 Muscle Ups, 100 Clapping Pushups, 150 Front Squats @ 95 pounds, 1 Mile Run all while wearing a 20 pound vest.
My first mile was 7:38. I broke the reps into 25 rounds of 2, 4, 6 and then ran my second mile in about 8:30ish.
My time was 47:00.
