    hey dave, did you shoot this with the HV30, what do you think about it so far. Im starting PC in the fall and want to get a high-def camera before I go. Cool vid by the way

    Oh wow, congrats on starting up PC! I think you'll have a great time there.

    Yeah, this was shot with the HV30 in 24fps and so far, so good. Works well with Mac editing software (but you'll have to buy a 4-to-6-pin firewire cable), great picture quality, decent price (I got mine through Amazon), and nice settings like variable default zoom speeds. I definitely recommend it.
