Terrapod is an organization that encourages kids to explore science through science filmmaking. Terrapod's primary method for outreach is through hands on filmmaking workshops. In 2007, Sprout Films assisted in the development and facilitation of filmmaking workshops across the country. In 2008, National 4-H partnered with Sprout Films and Terrapod to produce an online version of the filmmaking workshop. online.4-hcurriculum.org/curriculum/filmmaking/ 4-H's goal is to use this interactive workshop as a tool to help students across the nation produce their own videos relating to 4-H's Science Engineering, and Technology Mission Mandate.
