Jellies
Another session at the Long Beach Aquarium Of The Pacific. I wanted to concentrate on just jelly fish for this short as they are my favorite to video in macro, tons of texture and fine details.
The jellies that are represented here all range from a dime up to a half dollar coin in size.
All shot with a Sony HDR-SR1 with the stock lens. Transfered into Vegas Pro 8 at 1080i and output at 720p, MP4 created by MPEG StreamClip.
The music is from the Brian Eno album "Ambient 1: Music For Airports" track 1/2.

2 years ago actually the jellies in the first shots were really more in the dime to penny size, the moon jellies were the 1/2 dollar size and the last ones, crystal jellies, were the quarter size. -

sherman39 1 year agoBeautiful. I have a SR1 and wondered what setting you used for these shots---telemacro? -

1 year ago just standard macro, I shoot with the camera directly against the glass of the exhibit.
