The Academic Support Coordinator assists students in connecting with the many supports available at LSMSA and serves as a liaison between academic affairs and student life.

From Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Truett holds a BA in music from Southeastern Louisiana University. Truett coaches flag football, sponsors the speech and debate club, and participates in and organizes various other activities. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, writing, song writing, playing guitar and piano, and athletics.
