We first become enamored with the Winch Tourbillon Vertical from Cabestan when we named it one of our favorites of Only Watch 2009. We had never seen anything like it, and that side view? Incredible. This past week we had the pleasure of sitting down with Cabestan President Timothy Bovard to get intimately acquainted with one of the most precise timepieces on the planet.
