Tweak: Add a sideways leap (hop off one foot and land on the other) at each cone

Place cones 10yd from starting position (Up and to the right side, up and to the left side, right side, left side, back and to the right side, back and to the left side). Run up and to the right and return backwards to center, run up and to the left and return backwards to center. Shuffle opposite lateral to the left, shuffle opposite side lateral to the right, shuffle opposite side lateral back to center. Shuffle transverse to back left cone and return to center, shuffle transverse to back right cone and return to center.
