Gilbert Langlois, the chef+owner of Chalkboard restaurant gave me a bit of his time to explain how to properly cook a scallop. I started a new blog called notsogourmet.com to discuss and explore cooking and nutrition so I thought having some short video features would be a good idea.

The soundtrack is excerpts from some Deerhunter tracks that I made a custom mixdown of to just create some ambiance. The sound isn't quite there yet on the video, and next time I go on one of these adventures, I'm definitely bringing someone dedicated to recording sound as a shotgun mic isn't enough to capture it all...
