Bodies and tops for lighting battens
This line has been designed for the production of parts of luminaire battens in normal sheet metal or prepainted sheet metal from coils.
The punching operations are made thanks to a FLEXIPRESS (40 ton column press) and the roll-forming operations thanks to a roll-forming machine.
Thanks to the horizontal motion of the roll-forming machine onto rails, you can easily produce bodies and then tops and vice versa.
