I bought this 35mm short at an estate sale. It appears to be from the 1940's and that main dad character looks like Dana Andrews. I can't find anything about it anywhere. If you have info, please let me know. "In Our Hands"

It's funny how possibly prophetic this movie is.

The George Eastman House and museum would be a good source of information - they've an extensive library of films and film records. Eastman was the founder of Kodak, which supports the institution. I don't know the web address, but you can find it quite easily using yahoo.

I'd say the film is circa 1946 or so; it is anti-socialist, not anti-fascist BTW. Early in the film, you see Stalin and the government portrayed in the film is very Marxist, i.e. socialist, not unlike what Chavez and Obama favour. Fascinating piece of film BTW. Amazing also how it mirrors our current situation.
