Didn't know how much I liked Honkey Tonk before I shot this on Friday night. Granted, it was somewhat unplanned and with collard greens in one hand, mac and cheese with Texas style chili balanced on my head and a cam in my other hand with a cerveza nestled between my eyes, this was a fantastic compliment that even hot sauce can't touch!
