The Incident Room is an art project initiated and curated by Patrick Mangnus. This first edition took place in R10, Zwolle.

I’m teamed up with video/sound artist Sandrijn van der Horst. Together we had aproximately two weeks (January 11-28 2010) to work on a new piece of art in the R10 residency. After that it was open for the public. Other participants in this edition were Jeroen Diepenmaat and Sjoukje Gootjes.

After brainstorming and testing, we've created an installation work where soundwaves are bending and guiding reflections of a water surface. This video (by Sandrijn van der Horst) is a registration of this installation. This is an edited version.

Much of the sound is very low frequency, so make sure you have some good speakers hooked up.
