Triangle Pose, or Trikonasana, can help slow a heavy menstrual flow. Some women also like the stretch for the whole side of the body, especially the torso. For me (Bonnie) it's usually too strong for the first two days, when I like a purely restorative sequence, so I practice it on Day 3+. Enjoy!
