RNG35 Day 1 Test
Shot with Canon HV20 and Nikon 50mm lens. The focus is a little bit out as I had zoomed in a little too far into the focusing screen and it was out of the focusing range for the Hv20. Need to get a bit more steady with the shots too. Love the adapter.

What's sort of cats are they? They look very similar to our cats. Quite funny.
The dark one is a Tonkinese and the fluff one is Birman. Good fun to film as they are both curios cats. What are your cats? show me some footage :)
I'm a bit worried now. although every thing i've seen it do is amazing Quality.
Thanks for the info on the hv20, I was a bit concerned that it might have some little thing that may have been a problem but you have now straighten that one out for me.
It's also looks likes i might have to invest in a 35mm adapter also to give me more flexibility on the focus side and tele lens, would i been right in thinking this way???
All these new things to learn and I haven't even got the camera yet...HOPEFULLY
in a couple of weeks I'll have it in my hot little hands. Look out world here I come!
Thanks for the help on it Mate.
What type of adapter did you use? How much do they cost, do you know? You get a very shallow depth of field in some of those shots, it looks beautiful. I work with an HVX200 and have worked with the 35mm adapter and some lenses, but I am not ready to buy a kit yet, they cost a lot of money. Thanks.
Head over to the RNG Imaging group (vimeo.com/groups/rng) to check out other people using the RNG35 adapter.
