Here's a performance from James McMahon of The Form at Caroline's Jazz Club in Milwaukee. It was Chick Singer Night and James was the "Are You Man Enough?" featured male performer. Joining James on stage is Jeanna Salzer. The song performed here is called "Day" and is an original by The Form.

Chick Singer Night is a series of performances that take place all over the country and has been going strong for 15 years.

This was shot with my Canon T2i in 1080p, scaled down to 720p for Vimeo. The club was packed and I was lucky to even get this vantage point! My view of the rest of the band was cut off, so the camera is stationary. I was using a 50mm f/1.8 lens on the T2i.

Audio is from an external mic plugged into the camera. My spot was somewhat close to the speakers and there is a bit of distortion in the low end. Still, it was a great performance by James and Jeanna (and the band!) and I am proud to share it!
