Innovative Business Modeling

Business model guru Dr. Alex Osterwalder, well-known from the workshops given at ULURU theatre, is starting a new, unique project. Along with co-author Yves Pigneur and ULURU, Alex is working on a truly innovating book on business model design and innovation. In this unique project, the book itself will be an example of the disruptive business modeling concept.

In April 2008, ULURU invited Alex over to lead a workshop on his new and innovative methods of creating business models. This workshop, called Disruptive Models, turned out to be a great success and a new friendship between Alex and ULURU was formed.

To further spread the concept of Disruptive Models, Alex decided to write a book, together with Yves Pigneur and in cooperation with ULURU. Taking things a big step further than the average management or business modeling book, this project is a disruptive business case itself, based on a new business model.

A first draft of the structure of the book has now been set up and is explained in the slideshow below. We encourage readers to provide feedback.
