@1614 - Bryan Boone
1 year ago
This is the first installment of a new monthly webisode called "@1614" - which will feature artist in the Oklahoma City metro area.
Bryan Boone is the first artist to be featured. He is a mixed media artist - who is inspired by architecture, mechanics, infrastructure, and design.
Boone says - "“My work explores structure and shape set against noise and underlying forms. To create these environments I construct in layers, establishing initial planes of disorder first. As the world takes shape, forms emerge and construct the subject. By creating a full environment for the foreground structures, the designs gain context and therefore contrast and focus.”
