Nice visual of two beautiful women. Elegant in its simplicity. But I can't help but to feel that this was nothing more than a cheap shot. Reminds me of a Levi's 501 commercial. I would say the single take is more powerful than cutting around. I think it is supposed to be more like a performance than an 'entertaining' piece. Cutting would mean they could kiss for a few seconds and then stop. By doing it this way, I could see them change intensities and feelings throughout it.

All I asked was what the meaning of the video was. Then, somebody else pulled in the whole competition thing. Not me. I was just elaborating on his point. That is all. There are things called matephors and irony that could have been a large part of the video. That is why I was asking what it meant...just in case there was anything underlying happening. That would have made me have interest in the video. Since it was just kissing and a plastic way to get views, I naturaly got turned off. It has nothing to do with a competition, lol. I don't even get why people would think that. I care much more about the quality of content than "competition". :)

its nice and intimate for the two involved, but its just shameless pandering to voyeurs otherwise. i suppose it fits the song, but eh. it could have been just as intimate if they were fully clothed lying on a bed giving each other back rubs, without playing to the people who need the hint of nudity or sex to be interested in something.

Can't understand the people trying to judge the video for what it's not. This is a beautiful song and its peculiar sound is what makes it what it is. The video is lovely, subtle and full of wonder. It recreates a feeling that can't be thought or explained you have to experience it to understand it.

They missed an amazing opportunity here, this could have been an amazing video. The song is called I can hardly wait, and how long did we have to wait for the kiss to start? All of 30 seconds. Imagine if the tension, the antici....pation of that first 30 seconds had been stretched out for almost the entire video. Now that would have been an awesome video.

I agree completely, there's a compelling tension comes across to the viewer prior to the kiss that dissipates after the kiss begins to be replaced with a sense of voyeurism that is not nearly as powerful.
