A great pose for cramps and blues (for most women, not everybody! If it makes you agitated, try a forward bend instead). This position lengthens the whole torso, opens the chest, and eases achiness in the low back. The arch in the upper back may help lift your mood. Make sure to move your tailbone toward your heels, lengthening the lower back instead of letting it arch.
