I did it myself. It's not too tricky once you have a spiral or other such gadget. and doing it yourself means you can test - which is really handy.

It's just a really crude matte. around her head on the left. I couldn't do what I wanted because i couldn't get a key in the mush of grain and the background colours were subtly different because of hand process and the dress is close to the background in tone etc etc headache. you had to go and ask didn't you!
