1. Crocus Flowers in Szczecin.
First Canon VDSLR production of my company Locomo Films.
Lenses: cheap Tamron 55-200, Tamron 17-50, Canon 100 macro.
During filming I have used the Glidetrack and 30fps, then slowed down to 25fps.

Workflow 30-25 Canon VDSLR. (PAL countries) - used for artistic effects, for those who 50 fps is too slow.

For editing speed purposes I am using 720p resolution.
Software:
- Final Cut Studio.
- MPEG Streamclip
- Pro Res encoding.

1.Turn on NTSC mode in your camera. That allows you to record 30 fps.
2.Put the recorded footage into MPEG Streamclip

Use following setup: (cmd E)
Compression - Apple ProRes 422
Sound - uncompressed
Frame size - 1280x720
check "Better Downscaling"
uncheck "Interlace Scaling"

Save your preset to use it in a future.
Render your footage.

3.Put rendered footage into Compressor
Use preset "Canon DSLR 30to25"
rapidshare.com/files/359700169/Canon_DSLR_30_to_25.setting
Copy this setting to Libraries/Application Support/Compressor
Rendered footage is free of wobbling slowed down movie.

Alternative way of doing this is convert 30fps to single frames (JPEG, PNG, TGA...) and rerender it to 25fps footage, but I think my way is much faster.

Hope you enjoy it!
