Kimchi is the basic, everyday food of most Koreans. Many people have asked me to show them how to make it, so here it is! In this video I also make radish kimchi with the same paste to save time and effort.

1 year ago Thanks for demystifying this. It is so hard to get a Korean to tell you actually how to make this. My cooking inept Korean wife (who can't stand the store bought kimchi) will be very happy in a few days.
