New decade, new year, new team - yes that's right, Ottawa's premiere roller derby league has added a team and the Riot Squad's debut was February 13. Though the team is new, the action and excitement were the same as the hits were solid, the energy high and the pace was breakleg. What we lacked in a chick with blue hair, we had in a dancing watermelon. Oh, and there was a ref who was a bit of a Disaster. At the end, the sell out crowd was not disappointed.
