IDENTITY PARADE presents a line-up of ten poets reading from Roddy Lumsden's new Bloodaxe anthology of new British and Irish poets at its launch in Foyles Bookshop, London, on 24 March 2010. This is the line-up: Matthew Caley ('For Howard Devoto'), John Stammers ('Black Dog'), Siobhán Campbell ('Almost in Sight'), Claire Crowther ('Lost Child'), Andy Brown ('A Poem of Gifts'), Catherine Smith ('The Fathers'), Clare Pollard ('The Panther'), Chris McCabe ('Poem in Black Ink'), Katherine Pierpoint ('Burning the Door') and Tim Wells ('Comin' a Dance'), selected from 21 poets who took part in the event. The poems are included in this film with the permission of the poets and their publishers from the following books: Matthew Caley (Apparently, Bloodaxe Books, 2010), John Stammers (new poem), Siobhán Campbell (Cross-Talk, Seren Books, 2009), Claire Crowther (Stretch of Closures, Shearsman Books, 2007), Andy Brown (Full of the Rebel Angels, Salt Publishing, 2006), Catherine Smith (Lip, Smith/Doorstop Books, 2007), Clare Pollard (new poem), Chris McCabe (Zeppelins, Salt Publishing, 2008), Katherine Pierpoint (new poem) and Tim Wells (Rougher Yet, Donut Press, 2009).
