John. After watching this video I feel moved to share with you just how much this song has meant to me and my family. On October 19, '07 my wife and I welcomed our 2nd son, Ben, into the world. He was born with a fatal birth defect that caused his brain and top half of his head not to develop. Even though the doctor thought he was delivered stillborn, miraculously he stayed with us for 7 1/2 hours before he went home to be with the Lord.

I wish I had the words to express how much "How He Loves" has meant to us. The honesty, messiness, grit, and hope of the lyrics have given us the courage to walk a very painful road and, somehow, end up closer to Jesus than we ever thought possible.

Hopefully one day the Lord will show you the depth to which you've touched our lives.
