I was wearing a cheap wireless lav mic.
I also have track lighting in my kitchen that I directed at myself.
I did a quick 2 cut edit in Premiere CS 3 and exported as a h.264 720x1280 at the highest possible quality video and uploaded.
I think a lot of people overlook audio. Most people would use a shotgun on their on camera mic for this. That will give you a lot of echo, especially in a kitchen.
I taped the lav inside my shirt so you couldn't see it. That also acts as a natural echo buster. Did a quick audio check before I rolled tape and wah la, good audio.
I plan to make another video. When I watched it, I realized my back was turned a lot in the video.
