Los Angeles, CA- The Got Vape Promo Team participated in the 28th annual Susan G. Komen charity cancer walk at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles on Sunday March 14th, 2010 in order to educate people about the Health Benefits associated with Vaporization.

The Got Vape Crew arrived at Dodger Stadium around 9am with both Got Vape Vans to begin walking for a noble cause and promoting our Vaporization Health Campaign.

After receiving a warm response at last year’s Race for the Cure, we have made the commitment to always attend this Breast Cancer Awareness charity event!

The Komen Race for the Cure Series raises significant funds and awareness for the fight against breast cancer, celebrates breast cancer survivorship, and honors those who have lost their battle with the disease.

Once we got registered for the walk and made our way to the start line, our promo team was greeted by race participants who wanted to learn more about vaporization.

We handed out, “Vaporization Health Brochures,” to provide more insight about the health benefits associated with Vaporization. Our pink Got Vape Lanyards were in high demand as well.

During the walk, we had two video camera’s filming the entire event. Numerous race participants took the time to get interviewed and explain why they got involved.

“The Susan G. Komen charity Cancer walk allows me to help find a cure for this terrible disease because I have family members that have been affected by breast cancer. I feel like this walk brings together the entire community and gives Cancer Patients hope that we can find a cure” said Nicole Johnson, Miss California 2010.

We also visited with companies like Cancer Research Center, Fuze Beverages, Yoplait Yogurt, Ford, American Airlines, and New Balance Shoes to chat about their reasons for supporting Race for the Cure 2010. .

According to Brandon from New Balance Shoes “The fact that Breast Cancer is the number one cause of pre-mature death amongst women holds a special place in our hearts; just like Got Vape, all of the sponsors want to contribute to finding a cure for this disease.”

Overall, we built on the momentum from last year and made sure to spread more Vaporizer knowledge inside the Cancer Community. Since our vaporizers are used as a tool in the treatment of cancer, we have made a strong effort to donate our time and money in order to help fight this disease.
